Glutes & Core
This class will train the trunk of your body, improving your stability, posture and low to mid back pain that may inhibit your daily activities. I hope to challenge and fatigue the outer and deeper abdominal muscles as well as your hips and glutes. When we train these groups of muscles to work together, your body can move more efficiently and with less pain.

Arms & Legs
Arms & Legs is a strength-focused class that will challenge your muscular strength, power & endurance in your upper & lower body. We will pull from functional movements while honing in on our claves, quads & hamstrings as well as the biceps, triceps & shoulders. Some movements may be bodyweight and others may incorporate weights or resistance bands and each class will feel just a little different every time!

Ranging from lower impact strength moves to power exercises, these classes are meant to maintain and improve your balance, stability & muscular endurance

Classes
These workouts are fun, challenging and meant to fatigue your heart rate and lungs. Don't worry, each class has a unique format so you can look forward to moving with others.

Classes
We all need to stretch, foam roll our muscles and relax no matter the beginning or the end of the week. These classes will help you do just that with soft music and guided stretches, you will definitely leave feeling better
