About us
Hi, I'm Kiley
I started Pacific Peaks Fitness to create a culture around fitness that is welcoming, easygoing, and inclusive. It is important to me to meet my clients where they are at while helping them to realize their potential. People are motivated by trust and fun, but it’s common that we don’t inherently trust our ability or feel exercise is fun. Connecting with my clients, understanding their motivation, and finding ways to keep them engaged is my goal. I design my classes and training to be approachable and challenging. You can be a novice or a pro and walk away feeling better than when you walked in.

MEET OUR TEAM
I am so grateful for these individuals who help make our classes, events, and Mountain Tops program run incredibly smooth!
Q&A With Kiley
How long have I been working in Camas?
I have been working in Camas since 2017 and love it! I was born and raised in Wisconsin and lived in Portland for five years. After starting Pacific Peaks Fitness, I moved to this side of the river so I could be closer to my work and the nature we get to work out in!
Why did I decide to get into this line of work?
As a college soccer player and sometimes prone to injuries, I began focusing on how to be a stronger and healthier athlete and later on, finding out staying active as I get older is HARD. In doing so, it was amazing to see how much taking care of my body helped not only my performance, but my mentality as well. I have a Kinesiology degree from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, worked at the Student Recreation Center, and began my fitness career. I helped open three fitness facilities, two of which were class-focused studios and soon found out how important that fine balance of movement, exercise, sleep, nutrition & getting outdoors really are for us. Through these past jobs getting the opportunity to play a role in the health journey of those around me, I found that the reward of helping others, especially in a group setting, building their confidence up, and connecting with them over movement was a passion of mine.

What other passions do I have besides teaching?
I love to stay active, despite the rain. Living where we do, hiking, mountain biking, surfing and being outside helps me relax, get focused and even inspired. I love playing soccer, lately outdoors with my favorite teams. I spent some time volunteering at the Pixie Project- an organization that helps foster and care for animals as well as working for Soccer Shots. My two cats Harlow & Henry keep me very happy and oh my goodness, do I love my two nieces, Mina and Selma. I try to see them a few times each year in New York, so if we cancel a few classes, you can blame them ;)
