Our Speed, Power, and Agility Camp will dive into the mechanics behind your movements. We will tailor training techniques to help make you quicker, stronger, and more agile. Learn practical strategies for injury prevention and how to optimize your workouts based on your menstrual cycle. 

We will test the athletes at the beginning and end of the camp to track improvement and growth. The majority of the 4 week camp will be workout based with "the why" of what we're doing included in each class. This camp will be open to any high school girls looking to get stronger and/or wants to improve in their sport.
