Service Description
mobility, strength & core / moderate intensity - Low impact with both modifications & progressions - Focus on improving joint mobility through dynamic movements and resistance training; all with core awareness, activation & strength - You will see bodyweight exercises, various resistance bands as well as traditional weighted moves. - Circuits, stations & tabata formats will be used for this class!
