Movement
Outside the Box

Making movement more than a chore

I am a big fan of creating social, outdoor experiences for my clients and friends. We don't need a gym, lots of equipment or a super structured workout to get activity and exercise. The hiking, walking, jogging, kayaking and other activities that we get to do TOGETHER can be an integral part of what makes fitness a consistent priority.
Subscribe to hear about all the extra activities we can do together and join me in nature with other people to keep your body moving!

Bootcamp & Yoga Workout
for Odyssey World International Education Services

On Sunday, December 5th, Pacific Peaks Fitness & Space to Bloom Yoga put together a half bootcamp, half yoga workout to raise donations for the amazing volunteers and the work at Odyssey World. The best part was that Karen Morrison, the executive director of Odyssey World joined us! This wonderful nonprofit advocates for social justice, providing many services for marginalized families and young people impacted by poverty all around Vancouver and raising awareness all over Washington.
