About the event
During this inclusive workout, we will pair individuals from our community with developmental disabilities with peer support partners. Our afternoon will begin with a warm-up, a 45 minute bootcamp style class and end with snacks, drinks and dancing! Everyone is welcome and invited! Dressing up is encouraged, but not required :)Â
