This 4 week camp is designed to work on our speed, power & agility for athletics & injury prevention

Our Speed, Agility, and Power Camp will dive into the mechanics behind your movements. We will tailor training techniques to help make you quicker, stronger, and more agile. Learn practical strategies for injury prevention and how to optimize your workouts based on your menstrual cycle. We will test the athletes at the beginning and end of the camp to track improvement and growth. The majority of the 4 week camp will be workout based with "the why" of what we're doing included in each class. This camp will be open to any high school girls looking to get stronger and/or wants to improve in their sport.
Cancellation Policy
This purchase is for the entirety of the summer camp program. Individual classes are not available for purchase as we build the coursework around the group. If an athlete misses needs to miss a class, that's ok! We just ask you notify the instructor as soon as possible so class content can be adjusted. If you wish to cancel your membership for a group camp you must notify Pacific Peaks Fitness at kiley@pacificpeaksfitness no later than 7 days prior to the start of the program. If you wish to cancel within the 7 day window or during the program you are responsible for all fees associated with the session. If an athlete needs to cancel their group camp membership within 7 days of the start of the program or during the duration of the program, sessions may be gifted to an athlete of their choice providing they meet the camp requirements. Replacement athletes will need to notify Kiley Hauck at kiley@pacificpeaksfitness.com via email at least 24 hours in advance so a waiver can be signed.
