Service Description

moderate to strenuous strength training for lower body / total body mobility - Low impact, with options to increase resistance - Focus on both simple and compound movements specific to the lower body, paying attention to technique as well as incorporating different mobility exercises to keep your body moving well! - We will incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, a hex bar and some landmine exercises - You can expect stations, supersets, AMRAP & sometimes drop sets for this workout
