moderate to strenuous strength / moderate intensity / total body - Low impact, with options to increase resistance - Focus on compound and/or technical movements with awareness around technique and form - We will incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, a hex bar and some landmine exercises - You can expect stations, supersets, AMRAP & sometimes drop sets for this workout
