cardio & core / moderate intensity - Moderate impact with both modifications & progressions - Focus on cardiovascular endurance combined with core awareness, activation & strength - You will see bodyweight exercises, mini bands, medicine balls, battle ropes & stability ball exercises - Circuits, stations & tabata formats will be used for this class!
