Service Description

cardio, core & glutes / moderate intensity - Mostly low impact cardio, with options to intensify if needed & floor work - Focus on increasing heart rate while strengthening muscles of the trunk & hips - You will see bodyweight, mini band, light dumbbell, pilates & stability ball exercises - We will use stations, pacers or big group circuits that we get to complete together
