This class will be held at POWR Personal Training (6929 NW Friberg-Strunk St #225, Camas). We will train the trunk of your body, improving your stability, posture and low to mid back pain that may inhibit your daily activities. I hope to challenge and fatigue the outer and deeper abdominal muscles as well as your hips and glutes. When we train these groups of muscles to work together, your body can move more efficiently and with less pain.
